OneDrive Personal and OneDrive for Business

  • Access by only Microsoft Office 365 user.
  • Only signup with Microsoft Office 365 ID.
  • In this, each user gets 1Tb storage.
  • Manged by organization and store business-related files for collaboration and teamwork
  • Will be available to a team member who has an account on Microsoft Office 365.
  • Premium office apps included such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher(PC only), Access (PC only)
  • Best thing is to give Secure Cloud Services such as Team, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Azure Information Protection.
  • Data share to only those team member who has authority.
  • Data editing can only be done by a team member.
  • Auditing and Reporting is available.
